The Hebron Christian Lions are taking a road trip to take on the Stephens County Indians at 5:55 p.m. on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Hebron Christian barely beat Hart County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Hebron Christian blew past Hart County 9-2 on Friday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Dallas Rice made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off nine hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Dean Livingston was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Hebron Christian is 9-1 when Livingston posts two or more runs, but 3-6 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of James McGuirt, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.
Meanwhile, Stephens County made easy work of East Jackson on Friday and carried off a 13-3 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.
