Westover extended their losing streak  to four  on Tuesday, dropping them down to 3-7. They lost  13-1 to the Bainbridge Bearcats. The Patriots were not able to make up for their  loss to the Bearcats from their previous meeting  back in October of 2024.
 Westover saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Savannah Donaldson, who  went 1-for-2 with one  RBI.  Chamya Astin also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  double of the season.
As for Bainbridge,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-6. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1  runs in those games.
On Bainbridge's side,  Emsleigh Glass made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching four innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits. Glass was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with four  RBI and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Taydem Burris, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  double. She is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last three games she's  played.  Katelyn Williams was another key player,  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances with two  stolen bases and three  runs.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westover will venture away from home to  face off against Cairo  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Bainbridge, they will head out to  challenge Miller County  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
