Ola's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Union Grove Wolverines by a score of 6-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-7 back in August.

Ola is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Union Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-4.

Ola and Union Grove will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Mustangs see the field they'll take on Locust Grove at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Union Grove, their break will end when they face Woodland at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
