Millikan is a perfect 10-0 against Jordan since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will host the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Millikan's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Compton 8-0. The Rams not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 21st (when they won 10-0).

Lucas Helig was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Shane Walley was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Millikan hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jordan). They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over El Monte on Saturday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by eight runs or more this season.
Jayden Palayo looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
Millikan now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Jordan, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Millikan has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Jordan struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9.4 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Everything went Millikan's way against Jordan when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Millikan made off with a 14-0 win. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
