 Gavin Andres put in work while hitting and pitching. He  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits. Andres was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 Andres wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Will Hankins, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  stolen bases. The dominant performance gave  Hankins a new career-high in  stolen bases.
St. Vincent de Paul now  has a losing record of 1-2. As for Redwood Christian, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
 Coming up, St. Vincent de Paul will face off against Sonoma Academy at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Redwood Christian,  it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Redwood Christian Eagles  duke it out with  Athenian Owls at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
