Surry Central came out on top against Starmount by a score of 67-59 on Wednesday. Given Surry Central's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 149th, while Starmount is ranked 529th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wilmoth has scored all season. Mason Cox was another key contributor, scoring four points along with eight rebounds.

That's the first time this season that Collins scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Pardue, who scored six points along with eight rebounds.
