Leading Panther Valley to victory were Maddison Maynard and Morgan Orsulak. Maynard scored 13 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists, while Orsulak scored 19 points along with 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Caroline Breslin, who scored 10 points along with 5 steals.
The victory got Panther Valley back to even at 1-1. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Panther Valley will head out on the road to face off against Jim Thorpe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Notre Dame, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Salisbury Township at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
