Big Game from Galvin As North Posey Won 45-14
Starting off the list is North Posey's Jed Galvin, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Galvin rushed for 199 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 56 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Unfortunately for Pike Central, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Galvin. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Galvin saw the Chargers), he rushed for 187 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries.

Justin Leathers and Co. Win Fourth in a Row
Southridge picked up their fourth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Justin Leathers. Leathers was unstoppable, rushing for 177 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 107 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Southridge's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Leathers and Southridge will challenge Mt. Vernon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Rolan Whitehead Makes It Two for Southridge
Another Southridge player making an appearance on this list is Rolan Whitehead. He rushed for 11 yards and three touchdowns.
On the season, Whitehead has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 30.9 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he had one rushing touchdown.

Pike Central was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Grant Boyd did his best to prevent it. Boyd was dynamite, rushing for 51 yards.
