After a string of three wins, LaFayette's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Ridgeland Panthers by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Ramblers have suffered since March 4th.

LaFayette's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Ridgeland, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 9-9.

While LaFayette had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
