Softball Recap: Harrison Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

After only two runs in their last contest, Harrison made sure to put some runs up on the board against Campbell on Thursday. The Hoyas put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 14-4 win. Considering the Hoyas have won 15 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Harrison's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-4. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Campbell, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

Harrison and Campbell will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Hoyas see the field they'll take on McEachern at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for Campbell, their break will end when they face North Cobb at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
