In what's become a running theme this season, the Spring-Ford Rams gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They blew past Phoenixville 86-56 at home. Spring-Ford's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Spring-Ford to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anna Azzara, who scored 24 points along with five assists and five steals. Azzara has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Solliday, who scored 17 points along with seven assists and four steals.
Spring-Ford has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. As for Phoenixville, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.
Spring-Ford's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Perkiomen Valley at 7:00 p.m. on February 14th. Perkiomen Valley will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Spring-Ford surely won't give up without a fight. Phoenixville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
