Rylan Miller was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up a single earned run in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Savannah Graham, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was KK Swinson, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.
Freedom Christian Academy lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in April of 2024.
Meanwhile, North Raleigh Christian Academy made easy work of Durham Academy on Tuesday and carried off a 16-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won three matchups by 15 runs or more so far this season.
Cora Harmsen was incredible, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Sarah Vance was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

North Raleigh Christian Academy's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Freedom Christian Academy has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.9 hits per game. It's a different story for North Raleigh Christian Academy, though, as they've been averaging 9.6 hits.
