Hillcrest Lutheran Academy will challenge Brandon/Evansville on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.
Last Thursday, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 22-38 fall.
Meanwhile, Brandon/Evansville had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. Brandon/Evansville didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 14-20 to Verndale.
The losses dropped both teams to 0-1. We'll see which team satisfies that hunger and which team leaves with an empty belly.
