The Sierra Timberwolves waltzed into their game Saturday with three straight wins but they left with four. They came out on top against Tracy by a score of 45-33.
Leading Sierra to victory were Emma Gilmore and Mya Everett. Gilmore scored 13 points along with four blocks, while Everett scored 13 points along with five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Gilmore has scored at least 25% of Sierra's points. Abigail Chapman was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.
Sierra is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Tracy, they bumped their record down to 7-10 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Sierra will face off against Kimball at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tracy, they will be playing at home against Livermore at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
