Last Tuesday, Park Center got themselves on the board against Irondale, but Irondale never followed suit. They took down the Knights 19-0.
Meanwhile, Rogers faced Mankato West in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Rogers was outmatched by Mankato West on the road and fell 28-0. Rogers' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.
Park Center's win bumped their season record to 5-5 while Rogers' defeat dropped theirs to 7-1.
Park Center was dealt a bruising 31-0 loss at the hands of Rogers when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can Park Center avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
