After losing to the Addison Knights the last time they met, the Canton Warriors decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Canton walked away with a 30-21 win over Addison on Saturday.
Canton was led to victory by Cailyn Van Noy and Kendall Kitchen. Van Noy scored 11 points, while Kitchen scored 7 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Daveian Crowley, who scored 3 points along with 11 rebounds.
The victory got Canton back to even at 1-1. As for Addison, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canton will challenge Wyalusing Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Addison, they will head out on the road to face off against Haverling at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
