The Webb School (Bell Buckle, Tenn.) is one of five new teams to enter the MaxPreps Top 25 this week after the Feet nearly pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the high school girls basketball season. They enter the rankings at No. 14.
The Webb School was five seconds from sending the GEICO Girls Basketball Invitational championship game against No. 2
Sidwell Friends (Washington, D.C.) to overtime. The Feet got the equalizer on a
Bree Robinson 3-pointer but a defensive lapse allowed Sidwell's
Jadyn Donovan to leak out and
Leah Harmon found her teammate for an uncontested layup at the buzzer.
