Washington's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chris Knight, who scored 16 points along with two steals. Knight has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Braylon Gamble, who scored nine points along with four steals.
Max S. Hayes bumped their record down to 2-8 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Washington, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.
Max S. Hayes will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lincoln West at 7:00 p.m. Lincoln West is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Washington, they will head out on the road to challenge Green at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
