The Woodcrest Christian Royals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 41-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Arrowhead Christian. Woodcrest Christian has not had much luck with Arrowhead Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arrowhead Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kawino Rice, who scored ten points. Bethany Wilkes was another key contributor, scoring five points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Woodcrest Christian has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Arrowhead Christian, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Woodcrest Christian will be playing at home against Western Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Western Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 34 on Tuesday.
