Meanwhile, La Reina's 15-game losing streak dating back to last season came to an end last Tuesday. They walked away with a 36-23 win over Ojai Valley. That 13 points margin sets a new team best for La Reina this season.
The victory got Newbury Park Adventist back to even at 4-4. As for La Reina, their win ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-5.
