After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Windsor, Rocky Mountain was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Poudre Impalas 14-4. The Lobos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by seven runs or more this season.
Claire Killingsworth and Ariana Jackson did most of the damage at the plate: Killingsworth went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles, while Jackson went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three runs gave Killingsworth a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kiana Villa, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple.
