Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead San Juan Hills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sydney Peterson, who scored 25 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Peterson has scored at least a third of San Juan Hills' points. Another player making a difference was Anna Shreeve, who scored 14 points along with seven steals and five rebounds.
Aliso Niguel's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for San Juan Hills, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-9.
Aliso Niguel was taken down by San Juan Hills 73-28 when the teams last played two weeks ago. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Aliso Niguel was down 42-18.
