On Saturday, Avon Grove took a serious blow against Garnet Valley, falling 71-28. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Avon Grove has scored all season.
Leading Garnet Valley to victory were Addison Adamski and Kylie Mulholland. Adamski scored 14 points along with three steals, while Mulholland scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists. The game was Mulholland's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Haylie Adamski, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Avon Grove and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Garnet Valley, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Avon Grove will head out on the road to face off against East at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Garnet Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Haverford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
