Godinez Fundamental found their leader in underclassman Julissa Mota, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Lizbeth Lagunas, who scored 11 points along with five steals.
Godinez Fundamental has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Westminster, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-18.
