The Pitman Pride will head out on the road to face off against the Turlock Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pitman will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Pitman posted their biggest victory since December 9, 2023 on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 51-28 margin over Downey. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Pitman has posted against Downey since February 10, 2020.
Pitman found their leader in underclassman Dailynn Greener, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and eight steals. Greener has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last nine times she's played. Kaitlyn Wu was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Turlock ended up a good deal behind Gregori on Thursday and lost 55-36. Turlock has struggled against Gregori recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Pitman now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Turlock, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.
Pitman lost to Turlock on the road by a decisive 60-41 margin in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Can Pitman avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
