The Rockwood Rockets will head out on the road to square off against the Northern Huskies at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Rockwood will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 445th in Pennsylvania, while Northern is ranked 150th in Maryland).
Last Wednesday, Rockwood came up short against Cambria Heights and fell 56-43.
Meanwhile, Northern earned a 49-38 win over Bishop Walsh on Wednesday. The victory was just what Northern needed coming off of a 54-32 loss in their prior game.
Rockwood has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Northern, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.
Rockwood might still be hurting after the 53-31 loss they got from Northern when the teams last played back in January. Can Rockwood avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
