Football Recap: Grady Piles Up the Points Against Dora

Grady put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Dora Coyotes 70-7. The Bronchos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 40 points or more this season.

Leading Grady to victory were Trell Foote and Abram Ruvalcaba. Foote rushed for 74 yards and one score, while Ruvalcaba threw for 24 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Those 74 rushing yards gave Foote a new career-high. Trey Rush was in the mix as well, providing Grady with one TD.

Grady's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Dora, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, Grady will challenge Elida at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bronchos will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 44.43 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dora, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against New Mexico School for the Deaf at 6:00 p.m.
