Leading West Philadelphia to victory were Naeemiah Bridgeford and Victoria Williams. Bridgeford scored 15 points along with five steals, while Williams scored 18 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Bridgeford is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last eight games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Badji Tall, who scored four points.
Parkway West's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5. As for West Philadelphia, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
Parkway West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Philadelphia, they will head out on the road to square off against Parkway Center City at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
