Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hebron Christian walked away with it. They walked away with  an   11-8  win over the Providence Christian Academy Storm  on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

 Kate Kennedy tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  hit while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in 16 consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Juls Huber was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of  Britt Sissom, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run and two  RBI.
Hebron Christian's victory bumped their record up to 30-2. As for Providence Christian Academy, they moved to 17-14 with that  defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
 Coming up, Hebron Christian will challenge Wesleyan at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Wolves' pitching crew has only allowed two  runs per game  this season, so the Lions' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Providence Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
