Georgia Military College waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the Wilkinson County Warriors get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last three contests.

Ayden Hamm made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Eli Griffith was incredible, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4. He has become a key player for Georgia Military College: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 8-9 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Riley Woods, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Georgia Military College always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .562. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wilkinson County only posted an OBP of .267.

Georgia Military College now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Wilkinson County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10-1.

Georgia Military College will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Westminster Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on April 9. As for Wilkinson County, they will head out to square off against Johnson County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
