The Hamilton Braves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 44-30 fall against Las Plumas. Hamilton lost against Las Plumas in their previous head to head back in December of 2021, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 43-41 score last time.
Hamilton's loss came despite strong showings from Sheri Enneking and Hanne Porter. Enneking scored 14 points, while Porter scored 11 points.
Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Las Plumas, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-8.
Hamilton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Central Valley at 10:30 a.m. on January 6th. Central Valley is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Las Plumas, they will square off against Quincy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
