Despite the defeat, Western Christian saw an underclassman step up: Hannah Yamamoto scored ten points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Yamamoto has scored all season.
Western Christian struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as The Webb Schools posted 12 assists.
The Webb Schools is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Western Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.
