Liberty Ranch not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 28th. They blew past the Redwood Christian Eagles 12-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Kade Lecompte made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted two doubles, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Derek Nelson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing five bases while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024. Cole Erias was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Liberty Ranch hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in eight consecutive contests.

Liberty Ranch is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.2 runs over those games. As for Redwood Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
