They took their matchup on the road on Saturday with ease, bagging a 76-28 win over Weston Ranch. Liberty Ranch's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Liberty Ranch found their leader in underclassman Haley Smith, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 13 rebounds. Those 30 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Madisyn Robbins, who scored 18 points.
Liberty Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Weston Ranch, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty Ranch and Sierra will face off at 6:30 p.m. on December 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Sierra will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. Weston Ranch's road trip will continue as they head out to face Argonaut at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st.
