Mena got themselves on the board against Waldron on Tuesday, but Waldron never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The Bearcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by ten runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Mena and bumps their season record up to 7-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Waldron, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Mena will head out on the road to face off against Dardanelle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Waldron, they will be playing at home against Hackett at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
