Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pueblo West). They put the hurt on the Doherty Spartans with a sharp 28-1 win on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Cyclones, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
Kinsley Stiner made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with five RBI, three runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high.
