Trion is a perfect 3-0 against Dade County since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will square off against the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. Dade County took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Trion, who comes in off a win.

Trion will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Dalton Academy on Monday. The Bulldogs never let the Pumas get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Considering Trion have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Dade County didn't have quite enough to beat Armuchee two weeks ago and fell 3-2. While losing is never fun, Dade County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 383rd, while Armuchee are ranked 181st).

Dade County dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Trion, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Trion took their win against Dade County in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
