Notre Dame secured a 42-36 W over Pajaro Valley on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Notre Dame, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Aveena Ducusin was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aalyssah HuiHui-Martinez, who scored six points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Notre Dame's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Pajaro Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame will take on King City at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully King City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Tuesday. As for Pajaro Valley, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Gonzales at 7:00 p.m. on February 8th.
