The Credo Gryphon can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They took down Tomales 34-17. The win was just what Credo needed coming off of a 61-21 defeat in their prior match.
Credo's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reilly Fay, who scored 11 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Fay has scored at least 25% of Credo's points. Kendelle Lannert was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Credo's win bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Tomales, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Credo will take on Novato at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tomales, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Laytonville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
