Several Trojans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Walter Glover jr, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kristijan Zekavica, who scored seven points along with four steals.
Highland has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Hanover Central, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-8.
Highland will take on Griffith at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Highland is coming into the matchup with four straight defeats at home, meaning Griffith will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. As for Hanover Central, they will head out on the road to take on Lowell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
