Heiress Afalava continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Coastal Academy, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Afalava has scored at least a third of Coastal Academy's points. Another player making a difference was London Afalava, who scored eight points along with 11 rebounds and three steals.
King-Chavez Community's defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Coastal Academy, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
