Ollie Korman was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. Another player making a difference was Josue Flores, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Meanwhile, Mission Bay took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 13-1 margin over High Tech CV. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Buccaneers have posted since February 24, 2024.
