The Ontario Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season. They breezed by Baldwin Park at home to the tune of 54-10. The win was nothing new for Ontario as they're now sitting on three straight.
Ontario's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Grace Poulava, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. Poulava is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey McDow, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Ontario's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. As for Baldwin Park, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Ontario won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sierra Vista at 5:00 p.m. on December 13th. Baldwin Park is on the road again on Thursday and play against Chaffey at 5:00 p.m. on December 14th. Chaffey presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Baldwin Park in California (Chaffey is ranked 332nd, while Baldwin Park is ranked 1211th).
