Falls City has gone a perfect 6-0 against Yorktown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Beavers will square off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Friday.
Falls City is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Charlotte, posting a 53-0 win. The Beavers haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Braylon Johnson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 155 yards and three scores on only five carries, while also throwing for 79 yards and one touchdown. What's more, he racked up 156.3 passer rating, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Tyler Pawelek, who rushed for 51 yards and one TD.
Meanwhile, Yorktown got themselves on the board against Louise on Friday, but Louise never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hornets 45-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four games by 24 points or more so far this season.
Falls City better keep an eye on Brody Metting. He was instrumental in Yorktown's win, rushing for 178 yards and one score on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 160 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven passes. McKenzie Yanta was in the mix too, providing the Wildcats with two TDs.
Yorktown was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 289 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 203 rushing yards in eight consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
The win got Falls City back to even at 4-4. As for Yorktown, their record is now 6-1.
Friday's contest will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Johnson and Metting. Johnson just won't slow down this season and has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 57.8 passing yards per game. Metting has been a dominant force too and has thrown 9 touchdowns while averaging 106.9 passing yards per game.
Everything came up roses for Falls City against Yorktown in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 48-7 victory. In that game, the Beavers amassed a halftime lead of 42-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
