If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Tartan. On Friday they take on North at 7:00 PM. Tartan will be hoping to build upon the 26-9 win they picked up against North the last time they played.
Tartan took the game and then some with a 42-0 victory last Friday over Sibley. The success made it back-to-back wins for Tartan.
Meanwhile, North ended up a good deal behind Irondale when they played, losing 14-32. This makes it the second defeat in a row for North.
Tartan's win lifted them to 2-0 while North's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Tartan can add another positive mark to their record or if North can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Tartan's step.
