Trion waltzed into their matchup on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They never let the Manchester Blue Devils get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won nine games by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Trion pushed their record up to 11-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Manchester, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Trion is set to challenge their familiar foe Bowdon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Manchester will square off against rival Mt. Zion at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
