This is the second loss in a row for Mountain Pointe and  nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Desert Vista, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record  this season.
 Mountain Pointe wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  17-7  loss against Desert Mountain on the 23rd.
