The Lowellville Rockets lost against the Western Reserve Blue Devils back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Lowellville took a 37-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of Western Reserve. Lowellville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Lowellville still got an impressive performance from Morgan Lewis, who scored 16 points.
Lowellville bumped their record down to 4-8 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Western Reserve, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowellville will square off against McDonald at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western Reserve, they will head out on the road to face off against Mogadore at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
