Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cherokee). They never let the Wheeler Wildcats get on the board and left with a 19-0 win on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Warriors considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Cherokee's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Wheeler, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cherokee will venture away from home to face off against Parkview at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Wheeler, they will take on Walton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Raiders have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
