Weslaco East was dealt a bruising 42-0 defeat at the hands of Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Raiders' Guerra, who rushed for 195 yards and a pair of scores, and also picked up 30 receiving yards.
